Dear all,
The railML®-wiki is supposed to represent the current state of railML® plus older versions that are still supported. The under-construction-brick has been set because this element should be hidden at the moment until version 2.4 will be published. As soon as railML® 2.4 is published, please integrate the element into <stopDescription> and remove the construction-tag.
