The element <loadLimit> contains a possible load limit of the vehicle, i.e. the maximum payload for the vehicle depending on the line classification.
Das Element <loadLimit> beinhaltet die Lastgrenze des Fahrzeugs, d.h. wie groß das zulässige höchste Ladungsgewicht in Abhängigkeit von der Streckenklasse ist.

- maxSpeed: This is the maximum speed in kilometres per hour the load limit is related to.
Syntactic Constraints / Syntaktische Beschränkungen
- maxSpeed xs:decimal, 5 digits and 1 fraction digit with minimum value 0, speed value measured in km/h, mandatory
