(introduced with version 2.4) The element <passengerFlowSpeed> contains all data, which are needed to define a certain flow of passengers through the doors of a vehicle for entering or leaving the vehicle.

• FlowSpeed: The average/planned number of passengers per second that can flow through all the doors and vestibules of the vehicle at given platform heights

• platformHeight: The platform height in millimetres for a given flow speed.
